Practical Details

The Conference takes place at the University of Stavanger, Kjell Arholms Hus.


Arriving
Please note that there are taxis outside the airport at all times of the day. Please let them take you to Clarion Hotel
Danish Pastries and coffee/tee will be served at 19.00 (7 pm) in the lobby.


Monday 18th of June
The bus leaves from Clarion Hotel to the University Area at 08.15 (8.15 am). The conference will be held on The Univeristy campus, in Kjell Arholms house.

The registration for the conference will begin at 08.30 (8.30 am).

The bus leaves from the University Area to Clarion Hotel at 18.00 (6 pm).

The reception is held at the Norwegian Petroleum Museum.
We meet in the hotel lobby and walk to the Norwegian Petroleum Museumhttp://www.norskolje.museum.no/ together at 18.30 (6.30 pm)


Tuesday 19th of june:
The bus leaves from Clarion Hotel to the University Area at 08.30 am.
NOTE: The bus goes directly from the University Area to the harbour at 17.30 (5.30 pm)
Please bring good shoes and warm clothes for the Fjordcruise. Evenings might be chilly in Norway! The boat leaves at 1800 (6 pm). It is important to be on time.


Wednesday 20th of june:
The bus leaves from Clarion Hotel to the University Area at 08.30 am.
The bus leaves from the university area to Clarion hotel after the last session ending at 11.00..
